Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ISV Foundation, all contributions made towards our programs are treated as voluntary donations that support our mission of empowering young girls through sports, education, and overall development.

1. No Refund Policy

All donations and subscription contributions are non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Donors who have opted for recurring monthly contributions may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, no future charges will be made. However, amounts already charged will not be refunded.

3. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

In case of failed or duplicate transactions, please contact us within 7 days. After verification, eligible cases will be processed accordingly.
